"This was a beautiful property, with the best staff! Everyone was kind and helpful. Clean, clean, clean! They have lifeguards on staff too. My suggestions to perfect it so I’d return… please have complimentary black coffee & tea. There is no coffee in rooms or in the vestibule, you must purchase at Starbucks. "The team at Explorer were great to work with. They were super accommodating. We had booked a 3 day stay but the. We realized we needed an extra day. They gave us a late checknout on our first room And then an early check in on our new room. The suite we stayed in was spacious amd clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had a great temp. The linens were clean as well as the towel, which there were plenty. The kichenette worked for our needs.
