Summary:
Welcome to The Tea Olive Trio, two side-by-side townhomes and a beautiful cottage that provides the perfect Savannah accommodation for up to 16 guests. Featuring classical Airey home design from the1940’s, The Trio provides a quaint experience on a quiet side street among Savannah’s historic district. Spread out with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two full kitchens, all connected by a great backyard space perfect for gathering and enjoying Savannah nights.

The Space:
Savannah is a great place to gather with friends and family to make incredible memories. With The Tea Olive Trio, your large group can gather while enjoying plenty of space to be comfortable.
The property comprises two townhomes and a cottage in the backyard connected by a spacious outdoor space with a deck, BBQ grill, and patio furniture.
All freshly updated while preserving original features like fireplaces, hardwood floors, and crown molding, Taylor Row provides an authentic Savannah stay with all the modern amenities you want.
Enter Tea Olive A with a simple step up from the brick-laid sidewalks on Taylor Street. Enjoy a roomy living area with oversized sofas and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Flowing from front to back of the primary floor, you will find a freshly updated kitchen with butcher block countertops and a significant splash of color. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, and more.
Head upstairs to find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom features a queen mattress with crisp linens and plush pillows. Large windows and high ceilings fill the rooms with natural light. Closets and dressers provide ample storage for extended stays.
The bathrooms are outfitted with a combination tub/shower, vanity, toilet, and all essentials, including toilet paper, towels, and a hair dryer.
Next door at Tea Olive B, find a similar layout with a spacious primary floor providing ample relaxing room. The living space has a large sofa, two reading chairs, and a Smart TV above the fireplace. Walking to the back of the home, find a powder room under the stairs and a fully equipped galley kitchen/dining room. A custom dining table is set for six.
Travel the main staircase to the second floor, where you will find two bedrooms with queen mattresses and fresh linens. Spacious rooms with custom features, smart TVs, and storage space provide a relaxing environment for a great night’s rest. Additionally, find two full bathrooms on the second floor, one with a combination shower/tub and the second with a low-entry shower. Both bathrooms are fully outfitted with the essentials.
Finally, take the incredible spiral staircase to the loft to find four twin beds. A perfect place for kids or friends, the loft is spacious and is filled with natural light from the window and skylight.
Find the third and final accommodation in the backyard, a quaint cottage with one bedroom, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Just off the backyard deck, the cottage has its private entrance from the alleyway. The cottage features a smart TV, comfortable furniture, and a queen mattress, making it a perfect space for up to four guests. The kitchenette provides a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and assortment of dishware, glasses, and utensils.
Are you working remotely during your stay? All homes have high-speed Wi-Fi and ample room to set up your home office.

Guest Access:
The entire place is for guest use. You may use the backyard/courtyard space for gathering just please be courteous of neighbors and keep noises down after 10PM. This is a residential community, and we hope to maintain a positive relationship with everyone.

The Neighborhood:
The Tea Olive Trio is located on the east side of the Historic District, just minutes from Forsyth Park, Mother Matilda Beasley Park (with a dog park!), and many of Savannah’s best attractions.
Start your day by grabbing your morning coffee and breakfast just a couple blocks down at Carly’s Café and enjoying a park bench in Calhoun Square or Whitefield Square.
Enjoy excellent dining options by heading towards the riverwalk and stopping at The Olde Pink House for fine southern dining. Grab some laid-back bites and brews at Spanky’s Pizza Galley & Saloon. Enjoy delicious southern dining with a river view at Huey’s or Vic’s on the River. A short drive will take you to the River Walk and City Market area off Broughton Street. With endless shopping, sites, and eateries, you’ll find adventure at every corner.
Start your bar/pub tour by stopping into some staples of Savannah, including Six Pence Pub, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or Dub’s Public House.
Explore the rich history of Savannah by stopping into one of the many museums and historical sites. Just minutes from Blue on Broad are the Web Military Museum, Telfair Museums, Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters, and the American Prohibition Museum.
A stop in Savannah wouldn’t be complete without a walk-through of Forsyth Park, just a 20-minute walk away. Or enjoy Washington Square, another beautiful green space just minutes away.
Want to take it all in at once while riding or biking? We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah and Savannah Bike Tours.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Price & Gordon SB bus stop just a 3-minute walk from the townhome.
Ready for a little on-the-water adventure? Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront.

Getting Around:
Parking is free on the street in this area. Just need to pay attention to the street signs throughout Savannah as we have street sweepers twice a week, and will need to park accordingly overnight.
There's a FREE shuttle that picks up about 8 blocks away at Price & Liberty! This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber" just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)

Other Things to Note:
Maximum dogs allowed are 5 (2 per townhome, 1 per cottage). The fee is $100 per dog. NO cats. Pet fee must be collected before check-in.
No parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Smoking only permitted in the back courtyard with all windows/doors closed. Clean up all smoke butts.
You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your property.

Great property for multiple families. We stayed with various age ranges and it suited our needs perfectly.

The three houses are charming, and South Key was very helpful and accommodating, but the real standout was the configuration of the property and especially the bedrooms. The three houses have back doors into a common courtyard so everyone, especially the kids, could go freely between the houses and gather and regather organically. Yet, the individual families had appropriate bedrooms so they could separate when they wanted. The common backyard was also a big plus. With its multiple tables and plenty of chairs, it was a perfect place for getting the whole family together. The property is also a ;10 minute walk to a supermarket, which was terrific since not all of us had cars. I strongly recommend this property for groups who want to be together but not to live in each others' pockets.
