The home consists of two separate apartments, each with its own separate living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. The ground level, Waldburg Garden apartment, offers a private entrance, with its own courtyard and garden. Upstairs, find the entrance to Waldburg Terrace, a more classic, historic brownstone apartment, complete with hardwood floors and high ceilings, and a two-story layout.

Beginning on the ground level, the downstairs Garden apartment includes 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a beautiful all-new walk-in shower, and a full parlor-style living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 burner gas range and oven. The outdoor area offers a bit of privacy with a shaded porch and a fenced backyard, shared with the Terrace apartment.

Upstairs, the second-floor entry opens up to Waldburg Terrace, a second-floor two-story apartment. Tall French windows, hardwood floors, and high ceilings add warmth and coziness to the expansive living room, accentuated by the brick wall detail and neutral color palette.
