The Lyons House is an authentic Savannah`s home that showcases exposed brick walls, one functioning electric fireplace plus four decorative, traditional high ceilings, oversized windows, detailed millwork, stunning hardwood floors, and elegant crystal chandeliers. Balancing the old and new, this gorgeous historic home displays posh and contemporary artwork made by American and international artists throughout.

Into the first floor, right after the beautiful entry doors and next to the foyer, you will find the home`s first bedroom where you can relax on a spacious king size bed, centered on oversized bay windows that oversees Oglethorpe Square. Here you can also count on a charming decorative fireplace, and there is a fun built-in bookcase with books and games to enjoy.

Further into this floor is the family`s dining and bar room. Featuring a second decorative fireplace, a sleek glass table with seating for six, and a marvelous carved wood and marble-topped dry bar, you can rest assured that you will serve both your meals and your favorite cocktails in style.

Next to this room is the classic chef`s kitchen, with traditional cabinetry and pristine granite countertop sharing space with modern and new stainless-steel appliances. Here you can count on a French-door refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, besides cooking essentials, a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and complimentary snacks and drinks as the owners` Southern way of saying: welcome y`all!

Continuing into the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with a functioning electric fireplace, exposed brick walls, and a large flat-screen television for your group to comfortably watch games, movies, and your favorite shows. The family`s breakfast nook is also downstairs for a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. And the home`s half bathroom is also on this floor for easy access.

From the breakfast room, you can access a beautiful private courtyard featuring café lights for evening ambience, dining table, and also a large gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Into the second floor, you will find the home`s second bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite full bathroom. This bedroom has a decorative fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a very comfortable dedicated workspace.

The home`s third bedroom is also on the second floor, and it has a queen wood canopy bed against oversized bay windows, that allow for plenty of natural light brightening the entire room in the morning. There is also a decorative fireplace and a third television in this bedroom.

The second gorgeously decorated and wide-open full bathroom is on the second floor, making this property a 2.5 bath home for your group to easily get ready.

The Lyons House is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay, prior to each new arrival.
Safety devices - We have one actively recording camera on the exterior of the house near the front door. There is also one Minut noise sensor on the inside in the downstairs hall, which only records decibel levels; it does not record video or audio.
Parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
Home access is via code typed on door keypad.

**Parking Included:
To make parking at North Historic District also a breeze, we provide a parking card to be used at State Street Parking Garage during the length of the stay. There is no assigned space in the garage, and parking is upon their availability. State Street Parking Garage is conveniently located only two minutes walk from the Lyons House, and with the parking card we provide, you can have unlimited access to park one (1) vehicle during your stay.
Guest is required to sign the rental agreement.
A security deposit of $300 will be put on hold during the length of the stay.
A $150 fee will be charged if the parking card is lost.
Outside quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
Baby crib and high chair are available without additional fee, but must be requested at reservation.
