Large Condo In Prime Downtown Location w/ Balcony by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has five bedrooms and three full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eleven Lucky guests.

This condo offers a secured entrance into the buildings lobby, with a shared elevator for ease of access to your unit! This condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of primary suite, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker and York Street.

The five spacious bedrooms have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms ensuite the double Twin bedrooms just off of the hallway, the first with a shower tub combo and the second with a walk in shower. The 3rd bathroom is between the King primary bedroom, and the twin bedroom, with a walk in shower. This bathroom also has a 2nd door so it can be accessed from the hallway as well as the bedroom.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great property!

We were a female group of 2 teachers and 8 students. This property had enough bathrooms and beds to accommodate us. The location was perfect for us with easy parking one street over and within walking distance to many things.

Great location!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The condo had some issues. Layout was not great as 3 rooms shared one bathroom w one pedestal sink. We had problems w the TV remotes. They need to be labeled and in their correct rooms. Never did figure them out! The ice maker didn’t work from the refrigerator door and the coffeemaker over flowed and never worked properly after several tries. Ended up walking out for coffee. There were bare minimums on household essentials. One small roll of paper towels, no Kleenex anywhere, no basic spices like salt and pepper. Didn’t realize we needed to bring all of that. The porch furniture was missing cushions and the cushions that were there were dirty and moldy. No dressers or luggage racks. We worked out of suitcases on the floor. The dishwasher wouldn’t stay closed and one cupboard door was off its hinge. There were cords hanging from the tv’s and dangling from the wall. I’m sad to write all this but for the price it was a huge disappointment. We wouldn’t stay here again!! This property needs some updating and some repairs.

Girls trip

The property was as pictured and the location was perfect for our group of 7 women as it is within easy walking distance to restaurants, city market and broughton street attractions. We did not have a vehicle and the unit was also close to your bus stops making it easy for us to navigate around Savannah. Wrights Bistro was right by our unit and turned out to be one of our favorite lunch spots. They have a great variety of sandwich’s, salads and desserts.

whitaker condo

the place was as advertised, I felt that knowing there were 8 women staying that should have provided more than 2 towels each for 5 day stay. Also they left one trash bag, called and they delivered 3 more not enough for 120 meals !!! I personally resented having to take out the trash on our leaving, the should be housekeeping job not paying customers.

Large apartment in the perfecf location

My 50th birthday was on st. Patrick’s day. A big group of us large men stayed here to celebrate! It fit us all and was such an easy walk to all the fun bars in town!

Great location, but not fully handicap accessible.

Modern accomodations in the heart of the historic district. Be warned it is not fully handicap accessible though, as there is a step up to the building entrance, and the entrance approach is not accessible either due to a large column partially blocking the key pad. Luckily these were not deal-breakers, as my husband uses a walker, and can navigate a single step, but others may not be so lucky. The rooptop access is also not handicap accessible, as the elevator doesn’t go that far. Stairs are the only way up to the roof. That said, this is one of the few rentals with an elevator in the historic district, and all on one floor as well. Also one of the few rentals to have a large sofa, not just club chairs, and a traditional dining set, not just a tiny table with backless stools. Since this was a family reunion of sorts, it was nice to have space for everyone to gather comfotably. Lots of space for the 5 adults in our party. Plenty of natural light from the wrap around balcony. Road traffic below was noisy though. We kept the windows closed and the noise was still quite loud. Kitchen had what we needed. No washer/dryer, although there appeared to be a hookup in one of the closets. Management was available and responsive to questions and requests. My only complaint was that the door code was never sent to me as promised. I had to contact them to get it. Overall, a nice place. I would stay there again.

Disappointed - not conducive for young children

1. Food left in the refrigerator from the prior guest 2. The water dispenser in the refrigerator had mold in the "tube". 3. The communal area was quite small. 4. The dishwasher would not close you had to practically slam it to get it to shut. The door hung low so you had to be careful not to have the bottom rack roll on the floor. 5. Broom provided was broken in two pieces and useless, so had to improvise to sweep floors. 6. When you have children under 2 there is no convenient parking to unload. Parking in general an issue. 7. The shade in the master bedroom did not block out enough light and the room. I think this place would be GREAT for a girl's weekend, guy's weekend, bachelor or bachelorette party. I would recommend this place for that type of event, but not one if you are using this as a "home base" to attend events around the Savannah area that is not within walking distance. (i.e. Golf outing, family reunion on the Island, etc.). Not for young children. Noise was not a problem. Check-in / check out and instructions were GREAT!

Was absolutely perfect location and had everything we needed! Condo was extremely clean and had great space for people to relax and get comfortable. The balconies were so nice to have in the mornings to sit out with coffee and enjoy the day. Would absolutely recommend!

Location and property was very nice; but noise on Saturday night, not so much.

My wife and I along with our son, daughter-in-law, and 4 grandchildren (each under 11) stayed for 4 nights beginning on a Saturday night. The property was clean and spacious. However, on the Saturday night of our stay, there was a loud party (assumed to be on the rooftop) that lasted late into the night (after 1 AM) Thankfully the kids were not bothered but the adult’s sleep was disturbed. Also, we took the room with the shared bathroom, which when you are used to your own, that’s not as preferable. During our stay, we also were unable to use the recommended parking garage as it was full each time. Very nice property though.

The inside was just what I was expecting to see from the pictures. If I had only one issue was how you made entry into the building through the alley, not the greatest view but once inside you forget about that part of it.

Nice Place

Everything was really good with the space, the location and comfort.... however it should be noted that there is construction going on almost directly across the street and they get started EARLY!!! If you like to sleep past 7am.... forget about it. Only thing I would suggest that is added is some ceiling fans in the bedrooms!! Overall this was a great place and just a few short blocks to the river front and also parking. Would highly recommend especially if you have a large group.
