If you're looking for a true Historic Savannah lifestyle, this is where you want to be, located in the lively and urban downtown district. Steps from Nightlife, City Market, Johnson and Ellis Squares, and a short walk to River Street. Bee's Knees is conveniently located above Savannah Bee Company, a local favorite to tourists and Savannah Natives.

Enter from Broughton Street through the secure building entrance, and head upstairs to your new home away from home! Upon entering, you'll be greeted by high ceilings, original wood flooring throughout and charming decor. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze, allowing the conversation to flow effortlessly from space to space. The upgraded kitchen provides all of the modern conveniences and necessities you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a quaint dining space for four! Moving over the living room, guests will find an inviting sectional opposite a flat screen TV, mounted above the modern fireplace.

No need to argue over bedrooms! Both bedrooms feature amazing views of Broughton Street, both offering a King Size Bed, in addition to an ample amount of storage. Conveniently located across from the rooms, the full size bathroom offers a large vanity, and a upgraded tiled tub/shower combination. Also adjacent to the rooms, a washer and dryer is yours to use as you need - perfect for short, or extended stays!

For those looking to stay in the heart of it all, this is the spot for you! Start your day off at The Coffee Fox, just outside of your doorstep, and roam all of Broughton Street for day shopping, brunch, or drinks! Head North to City Market for live music, or evening strolls, where you'll additionally find museums, restaurants and so much more.

Parking:
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Everything you wanted to do was in walking distance. You were right in the middle of everything. Place was well kept and clean. Only negative(s) of trip was WiFi was down entire time but property manager/service representative came out and tried her best to get it working. And being that it was directly downtown, it was naturally loud. You heard all the noise of the cars and ppl but that is expected of location. Overall it was a great stay and a wonderful spot

We stayed at the Bees Knees for a family vacation with our two adult children. The place was bigger than expected. The two bedrooms were really a nice size. Kitchen and family room were very big for a rental. The location is PERFECT. We did not have a car and we were glad we didn’t because we walked everywhere. So close to shopping and River street market and a short walk to the River. Close to so many restaurants. You are on the main shopping street but we did not have any problem with street noise. We were so tired after seeing all the sights that it wouldn’t of mattered.

Great location and Great place to stay

The Bees Knees right on w Broughton was the perfect location. Restaurants and shopping were just steps away. River street was a few blocks away. We parked on the street and my vehicle stayed in the same spot where I could see it on the street from my window. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend staying here.!!

This place was in the perfect spot. Close to restaurants, shops and green areas. The condo was adorable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Bees Knees to anyone looking for a walkable and comfortable place to stay.

Family trip for college drop off, thanks for the comfy home base. Great location above coffee shop, in house laundry a huge plus, big rooms and big beds, night noise on the street well countered with noise machines…

Great convenient location

The unit was clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Loved the convenient central location. Everything was a quick walk away. The property manager kept in contact throughout our stay, but we had no issues that needed attention. Others had mentioned noise from the activity on Broughton St, but we were prepared for it, and white noise machines were provided in both bedrooms so it was not a problem. Overall 5 star - highly recommend!

Excellent stay!

Communication was top notch with this stay. We only had a minor cleaning issue with the crew used to do cleaning, and the property managers jumped into action immediately. They definitely care about people who book with them! Apartment is right in the middle of anything you could need and lots of fun to be had. Would book again.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Bee's Knees was great! The apartment was well-appointed and clean and we loved the beachy bee theme of the property. The check-in and check-out property was extremely easy and the the property was close to everything (we walked to most places including River Street with ease). We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Bee's Knees

Excellent location, space, atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better rental for 2 to 4 people. Only downside is slight difficulty finding parking near enough to load and unload luggage conveniently. Everything else is close enough to walk to and having car is usually not necessary. Would highly recommend.

Great place for walkability

The unit itself was great for our purposes. We were in Savannah to enjoy historic downtown, and this location was perfect. Just a couple blocks off the water and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Anything beyond comfortable walking distance was easily and affordably accessed with Uber. Downtown is rowdy on the weekends, so you'll hear some late night noise, but the white noise machines provided in the bedroom allowed us to sleep through it. It has 2 large bedrooms, each with very comfortable king size beds. We didn't really use the kitchen or dining area much, but they seemed very well set up. Bathroom was clean. The laundry room was a nice little bonus with washer/dryer right in the unit. The only windows are in the bedrooms, but the very high ceilings and open airy vibe in the living area made it work well even without windows. I would 100% stay here again if I wanted to stay in the middle of everything and to be walkable.

Fantastic location. Would suggest adding in some very small things such a hand towels, hand washing soap for kitchen, maybe a couple extra blankets. Extra toilet paper. The noise machines were fabulous!

Great Location

Location is right in the middle of where you want to be. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants including River St. The apartment was clean with two rooms and a huge couch! Had Everything we needed. Parking was the hardest thing about the trip, but there’s plenty of parking garages within a few blocks in each direction. If you’re lucky, you can find spots directly in front of the apartment door to unload luggage! Great stay all around!
