You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby with shared elevator access, making hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of your living space, you can enjoy your balcony overlooking Whitaker Street.

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions, bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more, are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Beautiful clean property no parking

The property was lovely and well equipped.It was very clean and well maintained. It was very secure and the check in process was a breeze. Now for the bad... The nearest parking garage is 8 blocks and my elderly parents were my companions so it wasn't a great fit for our trip. Lack of adequate parking in the historic district puts a real damper on your fun.

Great Location

The apartment was perfectly located near shops, bars and restaurants. It was clean and well furnished and the check-in / check-out procedures were very easy. Would highly recommend.

Nice location, but had some issues

We arrived after dark and had a little trouble even finding the entrance. There were no numbers on that door. Then the code for the condo was incorrect but luckily the help number worked and the agent gave us a new code. Street parking was $24 for 8am to 8 pm each day. The furniture was very worn. There was a dead bird under the cushion on the balcony. The floors were dirty. The clothes dryer took forever. No Kleenex and cheap TP. The rooftop had no shade and the grills were filthy. On the plus side, we enjoyed the location, the showers were nice, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Long weekend in Savannah

Enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean with everything we needed and location was really nice and close to the historic district sites and a nice spot in between the river and Forsyth park. Did hear the some rowdiness from a bachelorette party above our unit as the walls are pretty thin but it was short lived. Had a little trouble with getting the correct access code for the roof as the one on the portal was incorrect. Was able to get the correct one with a quick phone call but then that one didnt work the next day. Its possible codes are updated everyday/really frequently but customer service was quick to help. Also was able to store luggage at the Liberty St office in between check out and later flight which was auper helpful! All in all would recommend and stay here again!

Great Choice

Had a great stay, there was some serious construction happening across the street, but we were graciously compensated for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again if in Savannah!

Walking Savannah

Great location for walking Savannah. The only thing that i wished we had was private parking. Loading and unloading was not easy. Saturday and Saturday evening was the only time it was difficult to find parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Long Weekend with Friends

The property itself was fine, but finding it and parking nearby was not something i would want to repeat. Finding the door to gain entry after circling the building was a chore. It was directly next to the trash dumpster and did not have the unit address. And Parking was not convenient. Unloading bags and then parking and walking back at night was not what I expected. The unit while definitely enough space for our group of 5 was very loud thru the walls and ceilings. We requested towels and washcloths to accommodate us and received extra towels but no hand towels or washcloths. If we had wanted to use the kitchen I am not sure there was enough supplies to prepare much. We used a pot to warm water to make tea we brought ourselves. We have stayed in multiple different places and a notebook with written instructions and popular nearby places to eat or shop would have been helpful. Would we stay again; perhaps but we would bring our own supplies such as coffee and filters and tea. This was much more barebones than a hotel where we could at least get coffee.

Great Location

The main reason we booked this place was the location. It’s was close to all the major tourist spots and incredible restaurants. We walked everywhere and could get to most places within 5-15 minutes. The management was very responsive and helpful. A neighboring unit had left a mess in the hall. We contacted the property manager through the app and heard from them within a reasonable timeframe and they made sure everything was taken care of.

Long awaited family trip to Savannah

The rental was everything we needed for sightseeing trip to Savannah. It was perfectly located within walking distance from everything and it is also close to the trolley stops so you don't have to wear out your legs. The condo is extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable which is important to me after a long day.

great place right in downtown

Great modern condo in the middle of downtown. The rooms were perfect and the living area was perfect for the 5 of us. Safety is paramount for my wife and I believe she was more concerned about leaving a car parked on the street (wound up leaving our car in a garage less than 2 blocks away as we didn't need to drive anywhere except a day trip to Tybee). The rooftop deck was quite spacious and has a couple nice gas grills for tenant use although we didn't cook during our stay.

Excellent - except for....

We loved the location, the amenities and the ease with which the process of leasing was conducted. However, the 6-8 young women next door partying all night made sleep difficult, if not impossible even with earplugs. One night, okay. Two nights, maybe. Three nights in a row culminating in a screaming match around 3:00 am was too much. I understand that Lucky Savannah didn't know they would behave like that. We would have appreciated noise mitigation of some sort between the units.

Perfect place downtown Savannah

Amazing location. Rode Uber to and from the airport and never needed a car for anything else. Easy walk to anywhere downtown including the River Front. Awesome restaurants all around. It was perfect for our family attending another Savannah wedding.

Enjoyed immensely!

Walkable distance everywhere, clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Parking on street is difficult anywhere but garages close by. Call to desk late at night brought obnoxious noise from neighbors to a close within a short time. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Perfect location to walk everywhere

This was a Perfect location for us to walk everywhere. It’s was not quiet and peaceful but that was not a problem for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night when we made it home watching people and the tours pass on the street below us.
