The property is set back from the road with a lawn and shrubs providing a natural divide, and a sunny patio area. To the rear of the property the large balcony is accessed from the sitting room with outdoor table and beautiful sea views. Private parking for up to 2 cars on the driveway (quite steep) or level parking on roadside adjacent to property.
