"Nice situated with friendly staff - want to point out the friendly and serviceminded gentleman at the breakfast, which made you feel very welcomed.
The hotel was nicely refurbished a few years ago and is in very good and nice standard.
Parking behind, an extra plus.
AND location is just great - at the Brayford Pool and within walking dia´stance from citty centre and the Lincoln Cathedral.
We will return to Holiday Inn Lincoln at the next visit to Lincoln."

Big room and BIG bathroom but missed the opportunity to open the window for fresh air and to have made the room daily.

"Selve Hotellet, betjening, personalet var super fint og okay, ligesom man kan forvente.
Derimod parkerings mulighederne er totalt under standarden for hvad man forventer når de skriver det er mulighed for parkering.
Alt i alt tror jeg kun der er 25-30 pladser, det er slet ikke nok..
Samt priserne i restauranten for hvad man rent faktisk for er total uforskammet.
Det er bare ikke godt nok når man sammenligner med andre hoteller i kæden."

Tilstand: Jeg hader koldt vand - og der var kun koldt vand i bruseren; sengene var udmærkede; der var en del larm fra en eller anden ventilator lige ved vores vindue (dag og nat). Beliggenheden er fantastisk!"

"Always excellent! After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey.
Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you everyone we will back soon "

"Started with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff who showed me the room.
Room is fine for short stays, it's a little rough around the edges but clean and tidy and certainly good value. Note there is no tea or coffee provided but there is a kettle and shop next door so not a problem.
Would recommend it for it's excellent value! "

Lovely pub, room and very friendly staff & customers in the pub. We heard no noise at all even though it was a busy Saturday night with music going on. Would definitely recommend 💯 "
