I arrived @ 7Pm after a 15 hour drive, walked in the lobby and there were two people behind the desk. The gentleman was helping a guest, the second one whose name is Car, was chatting with a coworker about the nachos that coworker had just ordered from Casey’s. I stood there for a minute or two while they finish their conversation. The coworker walked away when Car looked up at me and said “Sup”
I assume that meant that she was ready to check me in, I hadn’t booked yet so I asked her if the price direct was better than the price I would get on Expedia. She told me that Expedia was a rip off always and ask me what kind of room I wanted. I asked for some pricing to compare and Expedia turned out to be $60 cheaper today. So I booked on Expedia. No problem there.

I am in Sault Ste. Marie about 15 times a year. I have always stayed at the Quattro until today. I also book rooms for my clients when I’m here as they are all from out of the country and working in agriculture means I have to bring them to the field as I can’t bring the field to them. It was just me this time.
I would be embarrassed if one of my clients told me this story. Where I put them up as a reflection on me, very unprofessional, and not at all great service.
