"This hotel prides itself on being a family owned 5 star luxury hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Most staff effort seem to be focused on getting hotel guests into the Michelin restaurant opposed to making guests comfortable in their rooms. I've stayed in plenty of international 5 star luxury hotels and Le Phébus is sadly nowhere near international 5 star class.
