THE SPACE
The Coyote is a luxurious 3BR/2BA home on 1.5 acres of lush, pastoral woods down a private drive. With light oak wood floors throughout, the super-elegant yet comfy living room features tall cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, gorgeous furnishings, a Smart widescreen TV, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace—a perfect place to relax or entertain.

The kitchen is highlighted by contemporary cabinetry, black-and-green quartzite countertops, a double-wide refrigerator, and a gas stove. The dining room has an exquisite book-matched teak dining table, and the living room looks out onto a large wooden deck, offering beautiful sunsets and plenty of tranquility. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub surrounded by nature, or gather around the inviting Zen patio and fire pit area.

All 3 bedrooms are on the lower level and provide a perfect combination of comfort and style. We use only high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. Plus, all the furnishings and décor are hand-selected with aesthetic appeal and practical use in mind.

Saugatuck is known for its artistic vibe, stunning natural scenery, and vibrant community, offering a wealth of exciting activities for tourists.

For an exhilarating experience, tackle the 302 steps up Mount Baldhead. The climb is challenging but rewarding, offering panoramic views of Saugatuck, Douglas, and Lake Michigan from the top. It's a great spot for photography and soaking in the beauty of the area. Oval Beach is renowned for its pristine sands and clear waters, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the Midwest. Spend the day sunbathing, swimming, or playing beach volleyball.

The dunes and surrounding trails are perfect for hiking and exploring. Experience the thrill of zooming over the sand dunes with Saugatuck Dune Rides. To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
