Delighted to welcome you to our house in Sarzeau, on the ocean side. Built in 2021, it is located 100 m from the beaches, with breathtaking views of the bay of Quiberon: facing south with large bay windows, you can see the sea on nearly 180° whether from the large living room, the terrace or the master bedroom.
You will be in the heart of nature with a large terrace and garden to relax in.
Our house is spacious and very bright, with 2 master suites and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Large living space with modern fitted and equipped kitchen.

The ocean is at the end of the garden. Just a small street to cross. The life of a seaside village with its hiking, sailing school and water sports, its many cycle paths. 5 minutes by car from the centre of Sarzeau, 20 minutes from Port-Navalo, 30 minutes from Vannes or 10 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan with the possibility of discovering by boat the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, or the islands of the bay of Quiberon (Belle île, Houat or Hoedic).
