"Meget lækkert lille hotel i Poros by. Utrolig venligt personale, der var klar med service og gode råd. Vi havde valgt et værelse med udsigt over havnen - det var alle pengene værd. At sidde på balkonen og følge skibstrafikken ud og ind af havnen giver ro i sjælen. Hotellet lå dejligt roligt et par hundrede meter fra den lidt mere livlige havnefront. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi besøger Poros og Dimitra Boutique Hotel."

By now I’m used to the showers in Greece flooding the whole bathroom - it’s just the way it is.
At least it’s hot water with good pressure.
Beds were incredibly comfortable, AC worked ok. Partial sea view was just a lovely start to the morning.

La spiaggia appena fuori è molto piccola e di sassi, gli ombrelloni e sdrai non sono compresi nel prezzo, li danno solo se si mangia nel loro ristorante. La spiaggia di sabbia di Skala è a cinque minuti a piedi ed è molto spaziosa, ombrellone e sdrai per euro 15. Nel complesso direi ottima struttura"

"Beautiful boutique hotel in Hydra Town. Just blocks from the ferry docks. Small property, only a few rooms, excellent housekeeping. And a homemade breakfast that was huge, varied tremendously from day to day, multiple dishes, and NOT a buffet. From pastries to fruit, eggs, coffee, custard…so glad we opted to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. Fantastic place, would go back in a heartbeat. "

Hydrea Hotel is a stunning, high-end property right on the port of Hydra. The view from the terrace is incredible, overlooking the harbor and town. The location is unbeatable—you’re just steps from all the restaurants and shops.
The architecture is beautiful, the place is spotless, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. The hostess and staff were wonderful, attentive, and professional.

"Jeg havde desværre en ret skuffende oplevelse med rengøringen under mit ophold på hotellet. Allerede ved ankomst var værelset langt fra, hvad man kunne forvente af et hotel af denne kaliber. Der var tydelige tegn på, at gulvet ikke var blevet støvsuget, og der lå hår på gulvet, hvilket var yderst ubehageligt.
I løbet af vores syv-dages ophold blev værelset kun gjort rent tre gange, selvom vi dagligt satte skiltet "Rengøring ønskes" på døren. Dette var meget frustrerende, da vi forventede en vis...

"This guesthouse is nicely located on the wonderful island of Hydra but the room on the patio level we stayed at was a cramped space where you move about with difficulty and peril of hurting your head. When we asked if we could use the outside space, we were told we could sit on the first floor terrace. However, here we told to move away by other guests who has been told by the manager they hd exclusive rights to rhis space, a bit unprofessional and not very welcoming. But Hydra is great, do visit the island!"
