"I absolutely loved this property! They were so kind to our family from start to finish. My daughter had trouble sleeping because she forgot her medication. My wife had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home, 2 1/2 hours back to bring it to her. She woke up late for breakfast, but the staff was so kind and hooked her up anyway. They didn’t have to do that because it isn’t required. They offered to do that just because. They didn’t even know the whole situation of why she woke up late. when we go back we...

"Our stay was clean and the beds were comfortable. Felt safe with many other families staying in the hotel. Parking was great. The only issue was not enough luggage carts. The front desk only has 2 and definitely needs more for the amount of people needing them. Free breakfast was great. The coffee was consistently out, but the lady trying to keep up with everything was very friendly and tried to get more out as soon as possible. Overall, it was a great day and would recommend over other hotels...

"The rooms could definitely use some TLC. The carpet was stained. A floor lamp with a missing on/off knob. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The freezer part of the fridge was so full of ice you couldn’t put anything in it. On a good note; the bathroom was very clean, however, the water would only get warm. "I love the fact it’s pet friendly, my kids loved the breakfast. I recommend the Hotels works on proving enough towels and toilet paper in each room. When we asked for additional towels the Receptionist said we had to wait for the morning. She was not apologetic at all. It was four of us with only one set of towels for all of us. Not a good way to spend the night after a beach day. Another situation we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. "
