The three-storey accommodation consists of a total of 3 residential units, each offering a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, and a total of 7 bedrooms with space for 16 people. Please note: when booking the entire property, the ground floor apartment is accessed via a separate outdoor entrance. Each unit is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a work area for home office, underfloor heating, and a Smart TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available.



Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces, and 2 balconies. The accommodation offers an ideal location for various sporting activities in the Sarntal Alps. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A parking lot is available on the property, and further free parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to reach. A shuttle service to and from Bolzano airport can be organized for an extra fee (up to 8 people per trip). Shuttle services to and from Bolzano train station, as well as to and from Verona and Innsbruck airports, can also be organized on request.
