Villa Oceana is a beautifully updated hilltop retreat with sweeping ocean and mountain views above Playas del Coco. Designed for groups of up to 12, this 5,000-square-foot villa features five private ensuite suites, an infinity-edge pool, expansive covered terraces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets, and complimentary access to The Club at Coco Bay, with its pool, gym, tennis and pickleball courts.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 10-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. Guests have complimentary access to The Club at Coco Bay, which features a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.

Playas del Coco is just a 40-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots—waterfalls, hiking, hot springs and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

The expansive covered terrace overlooks the infinity-edge pool and the bay beyond, with comfortable lounge seating, pool loungers, outdoor dining and a fully equipped grilling area. Ceiling fans and natural ocean breezes make the terrace an inviting place to spend the day, while the stunning sunset views provide a spectacular backdrop for evening cocktails and dinner.
