We have an entire team dedicated to the comfort of our guests, available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside of these hours, we are available for emergency situations. Please note that repairs may not be available on Sundays, as this is a designated rest day for maintenance personnel.

There is a large supermarket and bank right beside the complex. Otherwise, you can also enjoy dining and shopping down the street leading to the heart of town, which is only 500m away! Another 500m down the road and you will find yourself at the main beach of Coco.

Guests are able to access the entire condo, the sitting area in front of the condo, the pool, the laundry, the gazebo, and the parking area.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a 50-inch smart TV, complemented by two separate seating areas featuring brand new sofas and a cozy hammock. The living room couch can be converted into a queen-size bed, accommodating two additional guests. The Guanacaste wood coffee table in the living room echoes the elegant wood features extending to the dining set in the kitchen. The living area’s table can comfortably accommodate up to six guests!

The fully renovated kitchen is a dream come true for cooking enthusiasts! It includes a large fridge, a brand new full oven, and essential kitchen appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. With plenty of storage and prep space, the kitchen even features a dishwasher for added convenience.

Adjacent to the living room is the main bathroom, which has been completely renovated with new tiles and a modern vanity mirror, making it bright, inviting, and very spacious. The master bedroom, located off the kitchen area, features a Queen bed with a brand new mattress and linens, ample storage space, its own smart TV, and an en suite bathroom that has also been fully renovated.

The second bedroom features another double bed with a new mattress and linens, plenty of storage space, and its own smart TV as well. To enhance your outdoor experience, there is added outdoor furniture right in front of the unit, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. Additionally, a gas barbecue is available for preparing delicious dinners al fresco.

Guests can easily reach the town or the beach by walking. Downtown Coco is about a 15 minute walk and the beach 20 minute walk.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
