"There was some confusion over the breakfast inclusion. I had paid extra but when we were there for check in staff said it is not included. So we had show them email. It was resolved after but should not have happened at the first place."

Klart skulle jeg betale mine omkostninger vdr. indleaggelsen, dog fik jeg en overraskende positiv oplevelse ved at veare hos dem, taget i betragning at det kun er 3 stjernes hotel.

The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

Vi blev taget rigtig godt imod af Akhtar og Kamlesh i receptionen. Specielt tak til Kamlesh der tog os til værelset og gav en fantastisk gennemgang af faciliteterne. Han er en super venlig og imødekommende person.
Alle ansatte vi mødte på hotellet gav os en super service.
