VACATION HOUSE DETAILS:
Our very talented interior designer worked her magic to create a super comfortable, beautiful 3 bedroom/2 full bath vacation house for our guests - enjoy! We are proud to say we have many, MANY happy repeat guests visit year after year as a tradition. Two of the bedrooms (on each end of the house) have king-size beds. The third bedroom has a Full bed and a twin bed. Plus a full sofa sleeper in family room.

All bed linens & mattresses are new and comfortable! Two full bathrooms recently updated. All new furnishings throughout in an upscale coastal, inviting décor. Our dining room has pretty French Doors overlooking our attractive private pool and backyard with lots of tropical plantings. Our kitchen has new counters, stainless steel appliances and a nice dining table overlooking pool. Basic outdoor shower within pool screen area provides a very refreshing quick clean up option. Pool heat is included - pool is heated winter months from Dec. 1 to April 1. Lots of free amenities! Free WIFI.
-2 cars maximum in driveway. (no street parking). No pets. no smoking inside or outside anywhere on grounds. Must be 25 or older or staying with parents. Low-key quiet respectful vacationers only. Beach gear is included including 4 beach chairs, sand toy set & beach towels - enjoy!

You agree to be fully responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or kayak use. By renting this property, guests hereby agree to hold owners harmless against any and all claims, damages or causes of action for damages arising from injury to persons or property, or loss of life sustained in or about the rental property by any person or persons whatsoever. Car rentals are the best, easiest, most reasonably priced way to get to and from Venice (or bring your own car). Plus Venice offers lot of free easy parking. Keep pool gate doors tightly closed. Kids must always be supervised by responsible Adult

- we use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

- $350 fine for evidence of smoking and for pet violations & face immediate eviction.
