Had booked a room in advance with a queen size bed. When arriving in the lobby the wait was long and service was slow. Additionally, next to the seemingly moody employee behind the counter, a child was sitting with a loud iPad on a chair. When finally receiving my key I went to the room only to find it with an extreme smell of marijuana. Since I’m not a smoker, this was a deal breaker to me so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, there was no rooms left with queen beds and the list of excuses to why the room smelled so bad was very long. For way too long I had to almost argue with the employee why I did not want to stay in the room and she needed to give me a new set of keys. After about 20 minutes of push back I got new keys and a new room with two double beds but no smell. It was unnecessarily waste of our time and the push back was unacceptable. I will not book here again.
