Palm Court Villas are located in the heart of Anna Maria Village with a short stroll to great local restaurants, shops, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away. You have direct beach access to one of the best beaches on the Island. This section of beach has great shade trees to cool off and relax!

Enjoy the open courtyard with tables and umbrellas. This updated villa has tile floors, a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes and utensils, beautiful linens, and comfortable furnishings in the living and dining room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave, plus a charcoal grill for cookouts. For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. King bed and twin beds. Villa A sleeps 4, but combine with Villa B to sleep a party of 8!

This lovely unit also includes a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, insulated cooler, and sand toys, so you'll have everything you need to make the most of your stay!

Not bringing a vehicle? No problem! Anna Maria Island has a FREE Trolley service up and down the Island. The Palm Court Villas are conveniently located to a Trolley stop--it is just up the street at the corner of Magnolia Ave and Gulf Drive.
