"My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. "The premise is located in the very local area, and you can enjoy good atmosphere. There are many local restaurants around. Some staff members don’t speak English, but all are really nice and kind. You are advised to take off your shoes in the hotel. The room is clean and the shower is good, but the drain was slow. I like this hotel and recommend it to everyone."

"I had a wonderful stay at Ti Thong, would have extended if not for prior engagements. Staff was wonderful, kind and super helpful, one of them even asked if I slept well after my first night.
