"We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again."

"This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here!"

"The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. "Everything was great except there are 2 hotels with the same name except North or South. Be careful when you put in your GPS to enter the one you are booked into. We ended up at the wrong one at midnight and had a hard time finding the correct one."

"I was visiting last weekend after being on the road for 3 hours. Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm and was turned down. No call, text or email informing me. Very unprofessional"

"I booked this stay at the last minute because it was close to GR Ford Airport. The staff was exceptional but the hotel is in need of some bath remodeling; the toilet made noise even if another room flushed. The price was very economy friendly I wish there had been an aggressive policy about quiet time. The IHOP 2 buildings to the side was good and my server was awesome. So, that was a plus for Clarion."
