"My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The staff were very helpful and kind to us during our stay. The rooms have all the amenities you’ll need. The spa is also great in terms of cleanliness and facilities provided. Location is very good as well. It is located a small walking distance from the central area which we liked as we preferred some privacy during the night. Overall a very pleasant and I can recommend this hotel with affordable prices. Would definitely book this hotel again!"

"We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction.
