The Jean Des Houx farm is ideally perched at an altitude of 840 meters, nestled in the heart of the Vosges forest, far from any neighbors, guaranteeing absolute tranquility.

Built in 1750, this authentic Vosges farm will charm you with its traditional character and its walls full of history.

Just 5 minutes from Gérardmer, you can enjoy its lake, its equestrian center, its treetop adventure park and its ski slopes, as well as all the necessary amenities. The hiking trails are directly accessible from the farm.

The Jean Des Houx apartment, located on the first floor of our farm, has a separate entrance and its own outdoor space. It is a real cocoon, combining authenticity and careful renovation, which will not fail to seduce you. Apartment located on the first floor of the owners' home, it is composed of:
- a living room with a wood stove (Oliger earthenware): Dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator. Freezer compartment 4-burner induction hob. Oven. Dishwasher. Nespresso coffee maker and French press. Waffle maker. Raclette and fondue machine. Kettle and toaster. Living room with connected TV, sofa, armchair and coffee table. Connected speaker. - A bedroom with a 160/200 bed with shower room/WC: Shower 90 x 150. A sink. Electric towel dryer. Hair dryer.

Electric heating and wood stove.

Outside you will enjoy a garden table with chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
A bicycle or ski room is available as well as our laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

All-inclusive rate: Household linen included, sheets included and beds made on arrival, towels included. End-of-stay cleaning included. Wood provided for the wood stove. Private parking in front of the accommodation.

Please note that our accommodation is located in an old isolated farm, offering a peaceful and authentic setting. Access is via an unpaved road.
