The accommodation building has an excellent infrastructure, including a swimming pool, laundry room and gym. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, the venue for Palmeiras games and major events, 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural symbol that brings together cultural activities, workshops and sports courts, in addition to being 9 minutes from Shopping Bourbon, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay!

ℹ️ Washer and dryer available for guest use. The cost is R$15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), payable directly at the time of use.

Note: it is MANDATORY to send a photo of each guest in advance with a white background to grant access. Failure to send a photo within these specifications may prevent guests from accessing the accommodation.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ Noise is not allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
