Spacious apartment on the top floor of Edifício Gênova, located on the famous Rua Trabulsi in Santos.

The apartment features a living room with two areas, two bedrooms, three double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms: one fully equipped social bathroom and one service bathroom. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests — 6 in beds.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a double bed with super comfortable mattresses, accommodating up to 4 people. The second bedroom has a standard double bed for 2 guests.

The living room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 32-inch smart TV, a widowed-size sofa bed, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The sofa bed comfortably sleeps 1 adult or 2 small children.

The kitchen is equipped with a newly purchased 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and basic kitchen utensils. The apartment also offers a laundry area with a new washing machine and a drying rack. All windows have safety screens.

Important: Bed linens and towels are not provided. For your convenience, here are the bed sizes: 1 queen bed (mattress 30 cm high), 2 standard double beds, 1 widowed-size sofa bed, and 1 single trundle bed. Please remember to bring your own bath and beach towels!

The apartment does not include a parking spot. As a courtesy, the doorman allows guests to bring their car into the garage to unload luggage, but the car must be removed immediately after unloading. Please kindly respect this rule.

There are plenty of parking spaces on the surrounding streets and avenue by the beach (except during holidays and high season). Nearby, almost directly across the street, there is an Extra supermarket where you may park for a few hours with a purchase.

Please note this is a residential building with elderly residents, pregnant women, and babies. Therefore, parties, events, or noise after 10pm are not allowed.

Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The building's garage is reserved for residents only, so it will not be available for guests; however, you may use the space to unload your luggage.

We are located near Canal 6 and just a few steps from the beach, on the famous Rua Trabulsi. This street is well known in the city for its wide variety of businesses, including a supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, several shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach is less than a 2-minute walk away, ensuring a prime location in Santos.

For those without a car, there are various transportation options available, such as taxi, ride-sharing services, and buses, with a bus stop less than 300 meters from the apartment.

The building is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Santos, just one block from Canal 6. In just a two-minute walk, you will be on the sands of Santos beach. Additionally, Rua Trabulsi is famous in the city for its wide variety of shops. You can find everything you need and more, from surfboard rental stores to grocery markets. We are close to excellent restaurants and just five minutes from the best shopping mall in Santos, Praiamar, which offers a wide variety of shops and a pharmacy.
The bus stops are just a few meters from the property, and taxis and ride-sharing services are easily accessible.
