Hoteller i Santon Downham

"This a great place to stay. Nice people, good service and great restaurant. However if you are looking for something in the center of town this is not it. But I just enjoy staying here"

"Lidt sjovt. Da vi ankom ingen i recptionen, for de havde travlt med et bryllup.... endelig op på værelset,,, Først duede bruseren ikke, så vi flyttede værelse. Der var der kun koldt vand, og det spruttede ud af hanerne indimellem. Morgenmadsdamen sagde god morgen på både engelsk og fransk og vinkede når vi kom og gik. Blev ret irriteret på andre gæster, der ikke satte sig og ventede pænt. De fik lov at vente en halv times tid! Men sjov oplevelse. Og de var meget gode til at beklage og undskylde...

"Room was clean with a modern bathroom and comfortable. We didn't spend time in the hotel bar or restaurant but did have a drink outside where there were some tables for diners. Service was fine, but when we got up to leave the next morning the reception and bar area were all locked up (8:30am). In the end I had to call the hotel to find out how to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and go. This wasn't really an issue for us, but it would have been better to be told of...

"Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel."

"Nice rooms with fridge, tea/coffee and bottled water provided. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast for the price. Solid mid-range option for the area."

"Excellent service - very friendly staff. Easy to find and good parking facilities. All in all a good experience."

"The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. I was solo travelling and the staff were more than happy to chat while I enjoyed my drink at the bar. I didn't have the breakfast as...

"Schöne restaurierte Türen mit alten Schlössern. Echt schick!"

"This hotel, which could be a nice place to spend one or several days in Brandon: 1. There is no reception desk or anyone to attend your visit, in spite of having booked in and paid for one double bedroom last Wednesday. There is a written notice in a paper asking that in case of an emergency the visitor call two different numbers. None of them replied or returned the call. 2. After having tried to get someone at least on the phone, we decided to go out and look for another hotel. In front of the...

"Fantastisk beliggenhed og dejligt område, god stil på hotellet "

"My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...
