A cozy and quiet 98-square-meter detached house with ample outdoor space, private parking, and the capacity to accommodate up to 5 people. Although the property is on the first floor, there is one step to climb to enter.

The house is located in a very quiet area halfway between La Spezia and Sarzana, both of which are easily accessible by car.

The accommodation consists of a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one in bedroom 1), a patio, and a garden.



The layout of the property is as follows:

-LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C, and pellet stove;

-OPEN KITCHEN connected to the dining area and the outdoors. Equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and other kitchen utensils;

-BEDROOM I (with en suite bathroom) featuring a double bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, TV, and split A/C;

-BEDROOM II with a French bed (recommended for one person), nightstand, closet, TV, and split A/C;

-BATHROOM I with toilet, sink, bidet, and shower stall; connected to the bedroom;

-BATHROOM II with toilet, sink, bathtub, and washing machine;

-GARDEN both in the entrance area of the house and in the rear area, where there is a PATIO with a fixed roof and awnings, furnished with a table and chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in every room), heating with a pellet stove and inverter split units, washing machine (in the bathroom), barbecue (in the garden), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
