6. Parties and Events: • 🎉 Parties or events are not permitted. Please respect the property and neighbors.
7. Damages and Breakages: • Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages during their stay. 🛠️ • Report any issues promptly so they can be addressed.
8. Social Areas: • Access to rooftop amenities (pool 🏊 & BBQ 🍖) requires reservations and is subject to availability. • Confirm access with building management and follow the building’s rules for shared spaces.
9. Laundry and Garbage: • 🧺 Use laundry facilities responsibly. • 🗑️ Dispose of trash in designated bins and recycle ♻️ when possible.
10. Air Conditioning: • To conserve energy, please turn off air conditioning units when not in use. ❄️
11. Security: • Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. 🔒 • Use the provided keys 🗝️ and ensure the building’s entry doors are properly closed.
12. Parking: • If you have a vehicle 🚗, park in the designated space. • Confirm parking availability with building management.
13. Identification Requirement: • All guests must provide valid IDs 📄 prior to arrival for building registration. • Access to the apartment and facilities requires completing this step.
14. Respect the Neighborhood: • Be mindful of the surrounding community. • Avoid loud noises in hallways or common areas to respect neighbors. 🤫
Note on Bedding and Linens:
If bedding (sheets, towels, pillowcases) is stained with substances such as blood, makeup, or similar products that cannot be properly cleaned, an additional charge 💲 will apply for replacement.

1. Arrival at the Building: Upon arrival, locate the building. The photograph of the entrance and the location of the building are available on the portal to help you find the property easily 🏢.

2. Check-In at Reception: Once inside the building, go to reception to register and fill out a form 📝. Inform the receptionist that you have a reservation for apartment 8E. The building is open 24/7 ⏰, with a reception desk available for assistance, so no code is needed to enter the building.
3. Access to the Apartment: The access code you received previously is used to enter the apartment 🏠. This code is available in the Door Codes section of the Guest Portal. Use this code to open the apartment door 🔑. (Remember tu out # after the code to enter)
4. Go to the Apartment: After obtaining the access code, head to the apartment to collect the keys, remote control, and token 🔑.
5. Parking: Your parking space is located on floor -1 of the garage, at the far end of the garage 🚗. After collecting the remote control and token, go to the garage, where the token will allow you to access the elevator area and the parking space.
6. Social Areas: The social areas are located on the Rooftop floor of the building 🏊. You can access them using the token that you will find in the apartment or usually is open during operating times.
