"This property was absolutely amazing. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved the amenities. It was very clean and comfortable. The amenities are extremely close and the pool and hottub were well kept. The lake was wonderful to swim in, and I enjoyed kayaking. The nearby restaurant was great. The owner of the property was very accessible and friendly, and she even provided contacts for local tours, private boats, and cuisine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"We arrived early evening, but spend a long time finding the hotel, as there are no sign at all, the marker for the hotel is wrong on google maps and they have no address. We had to drive around in the rain for almost an hour asking locals where to find the hotel.
When arrived, there is a long walk from the parking to the hotel and no lighting on the path.
The dinner at the hotel was okay, but the portion size was very small - i counted 8 french fries as a tiny bit of carrots and sqush as the...

"Very nice place in the middle of the main Street. Clean and comfortable rooms and a nice Spa area. Staff was very helpful and kind. We can only recommend this place if you need a little luxury on your trip around Guatamala."

"Very friendly staff. Cute, clean place. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The only recommendation I have is the need for a place to plug in the phone next to the bed. I had to move the bed to find an outlet."

"Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical."
