Welcome to La Pause Iodée, a fully renovated 145 m² family home in Santec, just 50 metres from La Roche beach and the GR34.

Bright and cosy, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 shower rooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and Wi-Fi. Everyone can enjoy their own space, whilst easily coming together to share meals and spend time together.

Outside, the 600 m² south-facing enclosed garden is ideal for making the most of sunny days. The 25 m² terrace, barbecue, sun loungers and pétanque court invite you to take the time to live at a holiday pace.

For indoor entertainment, the leisure area features table football, darts and fitness equipment. Upstairs, the second living room opens onto a balcony with views of the dunes and a glimpse of the sea – perfect for a quiet coffee or admiring the evening lights.

The beds are made up before your arrival; towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Two vehicles can be parked in the private, secure courtyard. An electric vehicle charging point is available on request (50 euros per stay).
