I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the fact that the floors in the lobby areas hadn't been swept for a long time, hallways not vacuumed, the grasses were overgrown around it (lower shin height), and the elevator sounds like it's going to fail any minute, was a little off putting. If they are okay with allowing you to see the main areas in this condition, how do things...

"Our stay was very satisfactory. It was very clean. It’s perfect location for Holiday World, 10min away. Service was good. Breakfast goes quick and it’s in a smallish space but the majors are offered. All areas were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. We will stay again. "
