On this ground floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. A further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower has a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
