Villa Nautilus offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests, spread over two levels:

On the upper floor, accessed via an external staircase, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a large private terrace with open views.

The ground floor features three twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a full bathroom with shower, a large living-dining room with Smart TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.

The outdoor space at Villa Nautilus is perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s climate: a private swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with entry steps, sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue. The fenced garden with lawn and shaded areas offers a safe play space for children.

Located in one of the best areas of Cala d′Or, Villa Nautilus is just a short walk from restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops, with options for all tastes. - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
