The holiday home has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, another with two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and also provides space for two people. Overall, the house is suitable for up to six guests.



Another highlight is the terrace on the upper floor with a view of the surroundings and partly of the sea. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the sun or let the evening wind down in a relaxed manner.

The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils to ensure a pleasant stay. As this is a self-catering accommodation, guests are asked to replace consumed items themselves if necessary. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.



Tourist tax:

According to local regulations, all guests must pay the Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa). Some booking platforms do not automatically calculate this fee in the booking price. In this case, you will receive the corresponding information separately before your arrival.



Deposit:

For all stays, a refundable deposit is required. This will be refunded after departure, provided no damages have occurred.
