The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. and never fails to wish you a good morning on the way to breakfast or whenever returning from a walk. the free breakfast and of course the great coffee is a great way to start out the day. Taxis are always right outside and very cheap or jump on the bus that stops in front on a very regular basis if you want. two casinos are within a block and down the road a bit is a family run bar. "We were warmly greeted by the staff. Roger was very friendly and gave us a good orientation of the grounds and facilities. We loved the place surrounded by lush trees and flowers with the mountains as a backdrop. Service was excellent not just by the reception staff but at the restaurant as well. On our last day, it was too early to have breakfast before we left so they made us a nice breakfast box each complete with freshly squeezed juice, a sandwich, banana bread and even fresh flowers!"

"Lovely place in Boquete. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is lovely. The air con is a little noisy. Bathroom is small but clean and the shower is spacious with good water pressure. Maneuvering around the door to access the toilet, however, is an acrobatic adventure. The parking lot is accessible from the road by going down a steep decline. If you master this decline without scraping the underbody of your (rental) car you probably qualify for a driver...

"The hotel was very nice! Located just a short walk to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops! Very quiet area with a little river running behind the hotel. Seating area by the river allows you to sit back and relax. Had breakfast here several mornings and it was very good. Our server ( I don’t remember his name ) was great! Remembered we liked the lattes for breakfast! Nice view of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again!!"

We hiked in the mountains and visited a coffee plantation, so I would definitely encourage a rental car to visit. "This property has it all. Views (of Boquete, Volcan Barú, forest. The villa was a 2 bed, 2 bath (all GInormous). Don't get me started on the balcony. It must be at least 400²ft \ 40²m and offered views of the town and volcan Barú. Mallorca and her team are exceptional."
