Professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. This home comes with 6 Watercolor amenity cards and 2 bicycles for guest use. 6 WaterColor amenity wristbands are included, people ages 5 and up are required to wear them

DETAILS: Located on the 3rd floor, this fabulous private getaway is in the perfect location to experience it all! The cozy living room with luxury vinyl plank hardwood floors throughout offers plenty of comfortable plush seating including a large sectional sofa, a television and wonderful French doors that lead out onto a furnished balcony with a table and 4 chairs, a chaise lounge and a view of the WaterColor town square. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and accommodates 6 guests easily. The separate fully functional kitchen features a convenient pass-thru to the dining area. This home has two private bedrooms. The first is the master suite that offers a king-size bed, a television, a balcony with a view of the gulf and a separate bath including a double vanity with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has one twin of twin bunk bed and an additional queen, a view of Cerulean Park and a bath with a single vanity with tub. Wireless high speed Internet access is also available.

This is a very comfortable property with easy access to the beach club. I will say the balcony faces 30A and is not relaxing with the crazy blaring of car stereos, kids walking with over the top loud boom boxes and yelling mostly at night. Mornings are loud with landscapers. Inside unit is very quiet. Beds comfy. Kitchen has basic needs. No beach chairs to use and does not come with golf cart and can’t get one due to no where to plug in even though you can go to Publix to charge. I wouldn’t stay at this property again mostly because of noise on balcony and no beach chairs. Beach Habitats was easy to work with and very responsive

Awesome Watercolor Condo!

The location was INCREDIBLE and so convenient to walk to the Beach Club pools, beach, shops and restaurants with our young family of 4. The condo itself was really nice and modern and plenty of room for the littles to play. Our only issues were: 1. We have a crawling 8 month old and the hardwoods were FILTHY and stained all our feet black and the baby's legs and hands. It was so bad. 2. The fridge was so nice but the filtered water tasted so bad like plastic or rubber. Really needs to be fixed so you dont have to go through 8 jugs of water. 3. The rental agreement says it is not childproofed which is fine but the dresser in the kid room was VERY heavy and my 4 yr old was putting away his clothes and opened all drawers and it almost fell on top of him and could have killed him but i was next to it and barely saved him. Super scary...maybe at least bolt that to the wall. The rental company was super helpful and kind and accomodated anything I asked. Will definitely use them again next year!

Somewhat disappointed

Although the condo is a nice space and a great convenient location we had several issues with the unit. Broken dresser drawers, notified the office and they told us maintenance would Try to be there Monday to fix but they never came during our whole stay! cleanliness less than acceptable upon arrival, slow running drain in main bathroom. We did have 2 cockroaches visit us during our stay ! If more care would be taken with cleaning and responding to an issue this would be a great place to stay.

The location of this rental is absolutely unbeatable. We walked across the street to the beach and pool and rode our bikes or walked all over Watercolor.

Ideal Fall Getaway

Another great visit to 30A. Our family loved this location and convenience of this property. The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!! Tip: Call and confirm local business hours during off season.

family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Watercolor. My husband and I stayed here with our toddler (3.5yo) and baby (3 months old) and it was the perfect size for the four of us. The proximity to the beach and watercolor beach club was a game changer. There are also several restaurants within a short walking distance if you want to grab a quick bite to eat. We also enjoyed Camp Watercolor, which you get access to by staying here which is only about a mile away by bike/walking/drive. Communication with property manager was seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo in Watercolor!

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor at this condo above Wine World. The location is perfect and so convenient. The condo was extremely nice, clean and perfect for our stay for a long weekend. The condo is very close to the elevator which made trips to the pool or beach quick and easy. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Just the ticket

I took two of my grandchildren and my daughter to Watercolor and stayed in your two bedroom unit. The location is ideal, right across the street from the Watercolor Club, pool, and beach. Walking distance to many things. The unit is a nice size with two nice bathrooms. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies in the evening. The patio is spacious and a great place to play cards.There is an open kitchen with the basic equipment. The only negative thing is the hardware is loosely attached to the dressers (cheap)-minor. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay very convenient

We loved this little condo. It was the perfect location for our family of 5. We had a teenager, middle schooler and a kindergartener. We loved being above the wine bar and close to lots of pools and restaurants. Our oldest used the bikes and that was nice. I would definitely add a broom and dustpan and vacuum to the unit. Other than that our stay was fabulous!

Great location but poorly stocked with basic supplies

We enjoyed the convenience of the location of the property. However, we were greatly disappointed to see the lack of supplies such as no toilet paper, no hand soap, and no dishwasher detergent or dishwashing liquid. We had to go buy toilet paper immediately upon arrival. Then since we had to start dishwasher upon departure we again had to go buy that! I have stayed in numerous homes and those basic essentials are always provided! I have never experienced this before!

Great location

Great location. Parking was super complicated when we arrived…there was an event going on. Although, we had a parking pass it was impossible to park. Also, wish the place had at least one box of tissues. And some cleaning supplies and a vacuum. It’s impossible to keep the sand out since we enjoyed the beach. Overall, we had a good experience

Excellent Watercolor condo!

Perfect location! Loved the easy walk to Watercolor Inn with beach access. Beautiful condo that had everything we needed for a family of 4 with small children! Owners were quick to respond via text message and provided all the info we needed. Highly recommend!

False advertising

Very upset about this property. In the pictures, it showed the guest bedroom with two twin beds. Once we arrived and went into the guest room, we were extremely upset to find that the room was NOT as advertised and instead had 1 set of twin bunks in the corner of the room. We had 3 adults starting in the condo, and if we had known that the guest room was twin bunk beds, we certainly would NOT have chosen this property. It was also directly above Wine World, which was extremely loud and you could smell the food that was being cooked below, while in the condo. We immediately had to call the property managers and demand another place to stay. They initially tried to tell us that they could not accommodate because nothing else was available. When we pointed out to them that this was not true, because we saw on the website multiple properties that said available, it was then that they arranged for us to stay in another property. The next day we went to the website of this condo and they had taken down the pictures of the guest bedroom with twin beds. I guess they realized it was false advertising.

This place is directly across the street from the WaterColor Resort and Beach. Our rental included access to all Watercolor activities as well as two bikes.

The location to the Beach Pool and Beach access was great. The room was very dated with poor WiFi.

The owners should consider upgrading the WiFi router as we had little to no coverage in the bedrooms. The appliances and washer and dryer are very old and noisy. We have stayed at other locations in Water Color that are a great deal nicer for similar money.

Perfect location and great unit

Perfect location, close to gym, shops, beach, beach club, restaurants especially wine bar, great condo, loved the patio, not that I cook on vacation but kitchen fully stocked, King bed very comfortable, amazing TV in the family room. Beach Habitats 30A staff great, friendly, communicated promptly, maintenance was great and housekeeping.
