Location:

Located in the highly desirable Emerald Hill Condo complex on the south side of 30A in Seagrove Beach. Enjoy easy access to Seaside, local restaurants, shops, and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Miles of paved bike/walk/jog paths are located directly in front of the community entrance.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

• NO STREET PARKING

• NO GOLF CARTS



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• No Pets- No Exceptions

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.



Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM



CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

It is located in the highly desirable Emerald Hill Condo complex, which is centrally located on the Gulf (south) side of 30A. You’ll be within walking distance of Seaside and many local restaurants. Shopping and dining are directions on 30A from the complex and an easy bike ride.
