Enjoy a luxury vacation to Santa Rosa Beach! Stella Maris is a stately two-level home near Gulf Place on Scenic Highway 30A. Its close proximity to the beach and Gulf Place Town Center places guests conveniently near fun coastal activities and entertainment. The home has a 16.5'x10.5' private pool, spacious interiors, and comfortable living and sleeping accommodations. It has four bedrooms and four and a half baths. In total, this beach vacation home can entertain up to ten guests—perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends.

The home’s pristine white exterior and tropical landscaping immediately puts guests into a relaxed vacation state of mind. Upon stepping inside, the laidback vibes continue throughout the open floorplan. Hardwood floors, sunny windows, and colorful accents add to the stress-free atmosphere. A wraparound couch and two blue accent chairs make up a cozy seating ensemble in the living room. The setup faces a large TV mounted above a white credenza. The adjacent dining area features a multi-toned hardwood table. Seating includes six high-backed chairs and a bench for two. Next to the dining area, the large kitchen provides guests with the necessary space and tools to whip up delicious homecooked meals. The kitchen includes spacious molasses-toned cabinetry, marble countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. In the center, a sleek kitchen island with seating for eight is perfect for entertaining and serving cocktails, appetizers, and buffet-style meals. From the kitchen, guests can also access the private patio and pool. The private pool area is great for relaxing and chatting with your fellow vacationers as it is furnished with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill.

The living, kitchen, and dining room share the first floor with the home’s master suite. The master suite features a king-size sleigh bed with handsome dark wood furnishings. Two windows brighten the space, and a flatscreen TV is provided for evening entertainment. The master bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower and a separate tiled bathtub. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor. Of these, two of them are king-size bedrooms with private bathrooms. The final guest bedroom includes a queen-size murphy bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bath.

When you’re ready to venture out from your private oasis, the public Ed Walline Beach access is minutes away from the property. Gulf Place Town Center is also within walking distance. This fun village center features a variety of shops, restaurants, and fun things to do. For dining, visit Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, or Sunrise Coffee Co. If you want to grab a souvenir or unique piece of art, browse the Artists at Gulf Place, a series of local art galleries across from the Gulf Place amphitheater. You can enjoy seasonal events, live music, and entertainment here as well.
