Dette hus ligger i det mest populære sydøstlige hjørne af Grayton Beach med to sider mod Western Lake og ud foran syd er Western Lake Inlet og stranden. Spektakulær udsigt over den vestlige sø, Grayton Beach State Park og bugten fra indhyllingen omkring verandaen. Glem ikke din fiskestang, kajak eller en lille båd, fordi dette hus også har en privat dock på Western Lake. Der er også en lille dock ud foran, der er favorit med stole og en utrolig udsigt. Mange fladskærms-tv / dvd'er. Bedst rundt omkring i ethvert hjem i Grayton Beach !! Huset har Keurig 2. 0. Red Bar / Chringo-restauranter 150 meter væk. Ping Pong bord under huset for sjov! Dette hus er hurtigt blevet en favorit på vores udlejningsprogram. En stor værdi for det antal mennesker dette hus sover. Gratis WIFI. Kæledyrsvenlig med $ 150. 00 ikke-refunderbart gebyr for kæledyr. Lørdag til lørdag leje. Parkering til 4-6 biler. Gratis "Beach Gear" kredit på $ 280 for en uge med enhver reservation gennem Grayton Coast Rentals.

Greatest location ever! The definition of a true beach house. Kinda quirky, on the beach and lake, so many rooms, clean with simple decor, best furnished kitchen I have ever seen for a rental (great stainless steel pans, lots of utensils) and comfortable. My dogs loved it as well!! Hosts were wonderful!

We will be back next year!!We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.

Reviewer Comments: The western edge of Western Lake..., with the Gulf about 100 yards of while sand beyond... with sunrise and sunset painting the skies over the private pier that extends over the lake... Yup, all things considered this might be the best vista on the Panhandle.We came down the first week in January, so essentially almost every shop and restaurant was closed or unpopulated - and that was EXACTLY what we were looking for!And Grayton Beach Rentals were extraordinarily flexible with our needs (the house we first looked at was not dog-friendly for our small, older dog), so they moved us to Grayton Point... and how great was that!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love this rental. Would rent it every time we vacation in the area if possible. The two docks are awesome. The dock closest to the beach is perfect for afternoon and evening relaxing as well as easy access to the beach by swimming, kayak, or paddleboard. The other dock on the larger portion of the lake is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Steps from the beach access boardwalk and about a block and a half from Red Bar and Chiringos. The house is older but clean and charming. Ample parking and the views from the wraparound deck are absolutely unbeatable. This has been my favorite rental in the 30a area in our 6 years of visiting. Have stayed in newer more "luxurious" houses, but none beat Grayton Point in my opinion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a million dollar view. Several people stopped to inquire, take pictures, and admire the view from this property. If the beauty of Grayton and the dune lake is what you are looking for, this house will not disappoint. If you are looking for plush, updated interior, this will not be to your liking. Jenny and Cole were incredibly responsive to any need we presented. Jenny went so far above and beyond trying to accomodate an 89 year old traveling with us. I cannot say enough good things about the vacation management. They were wonderful.

Beautiful location?

Great location! We had a family reunion for Christmas and had plenty of room. The beach is really close by and we hung out a lot on the dock.
