  • Escape to Southern Shell, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3½-bath vacation home in Greenway Park, a gated community in Santa Rosa Beach near Eastern Lake beach access and Greenway Station. With a king suite on the main floor, two private ensuite bedrooms upstairs, a huge kitchen with gas range, screened-in back patio, and driveway parking, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of 30A.

    Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    Tucked inside the picturesque, gated community of Greenway Park, Southern Shell is an inviting two-story vacation home with a comfortable and well-designed layout for families and small groups. With three ensuite bedrooms and an additional half bathroom on the first floor, guests can enjoy both privacy and convenience throughout their stay.

    The owner's suite is located downstairs, creating an ideal retreat for guests who prefer main-floor living. This spacious bedroom includes a king bed and a beautifully appointed private bathroom with a separate tiled shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity. Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms each feature their own en suite bathroom with shower/tub combinations, making the layout especially appealing for multiple couples or families traveling together.

    The heart of Southern Shell is its huge kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed for gathering and entertaining. A gas range, generous counter space, and bar seating make it easy to prepare meals, share snacks, or unwind after a beach day. Just outside, the screened-in back patio offers a relaxing place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or wind down in the evening after exploring 30A.

    Parking:

    Driveway parking, for 3 vehicles max, is available at this vacation rental. If you wish to rent from a local vendor, street-legal golf carts with license plates may be parked at this property. Keep in mind, there can be no more than 3 vehicles parked at this house, and a golf cart does count as a vehicle.

    Southern Shell is located within Greenway Park, a picturesque, gated community along Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. This desirable location places guests near the natural beauty and coastal charm that make the area so popular, while also offering a peaceful setting to return to after a day of adventure.

    Southern Shell is conveniently located next door to Greenway Station, one of 30A's newest destinations for dining, shopping, and local favorites. Guests will also enjoy close proximity to popular nearby spots including Steamboat Grill and Florida Fish House, making it easy to enjoy fresh seafood, casual coastal dining, and an authentic taste of the area without having to travel far.

    Greenway Park is also adjacent to the Point Washington State Forest trailhead, making it a great choice for guests who enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring nature. In addition, the home is near Seagrove's Eastern Lake beach access, giving guests easy access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. From beach days and outdoor adventures to local restaurants, boutique shopping, and exploring neighboring communities like Seaside, this location makes it easy to enjoy the very best of the 30A lifestyle.

    Other details to note:

    Greenway Park is a gated community. Please follow all community guidelines and posted rules during your stay.

    Trash pickup occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Please leave the trash cans out the night before to ensure pickup. All trash must be bagged prior to going in the bins.

    A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

    Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
