Explore 30A on the 4 included bikes and spend your days soaking up everything this iconic stretch of coast has to offer. After beach time, cool off in the resort-style pool, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets.

We have everything fully stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans and appliances. You’ll enjoy meals at the dining table, breakfast bar, or alfresco in the back yard!

✔ We are closest to the Blue Mountain Beach Regional Access. Beach service rental is available from 30A Shade. Inquire with them for pricing and availability.
✔ Enjoy the trail in the neighborhood, as well as the 30A walking/biking path to explore all the idyllic 30A beach towns like Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seacrest, Prominence/The Big Chill, and Seaside for shopping and dining!
✔ We are located close to everyone’s favorite, Blue Mountain Creamery. You will love our location with easy access to many of your favorite places like Real and Raw, Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, Mimmos, Blue Mountain Bakery, and quick distance to bike rentals, unique shops.
✔ You’ll love exploring Gulf Place, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach! You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a double decker with slides pontoon and boat over to Shell Island! Grayton Beach is home to 30A's famed Underwater Museum of Art - the first underwater permanent sculpture exhibit in the US for scuba divers. So much to do, you better stay longer!

HOUSE RULES

• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Bikes are provided at no extra cost - guests must care for the bikes and lock them when parked. Guests will be financially responsible for damage or theft. We recommend using all safety gear including helmets and follow the rules of the road. There will be no discounts if some or all bikes or golf cart are not available. Separate golf cart agreement signature required – drivers must be over 21, provide license, and have valid insurance.
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 12 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
