This renovated 2nd floor, 1-bedroom condo is beautifully decorated in a natural coastal theme. With a king bedroom, built-in bunks plus sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit will easily accommodate 6. Plenty of room to bring your favorite friends!

Beachwood Villas 1D, '30A oAsis' is equipped with 2 TVs (with cable!), 1 DVD player, and WiFi to satisfy your entertainment needs. There's a TV in the main living area (larger than what is pictured) plus a TV in the bedroom.

Under the TV is a cute little electric fireplace for the chilly beach season. Another great perk about '30 oAsis' is it has its own top-of-the-line washer and dryer so you do not need to use the community laundry facilities. With a beach access only steps away, you can enjoy unlimited fun in the sun!

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Beachwood Villas:
Come enjoy this family-friendly affordable complex on the north side of 30A ... it's within easy walking distance to our famous emerald waters. The perfect location for a 30A rental. There is no shortage of amenities with 2 pools (1 is heated seasonally; call for dates), shuffleboard, tennis, and community charcoal grills. The complex offers on-site laundry facilities as well for your convenience. After a day of relaxing on the beach, stroll along the many paths leading to the peaceful courtyards and lush landscaping. Take advantage of the local shops and restaurants many of which are within walking or biking distance. The 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail runs right outside the complex.

Book Beachwood Villas 1D and enjoy exclusive Xplorie perks! Experience axe throwing, ziplining, and sunset dolphin cruises. Play golf at Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay, enjoy Black Light Mini Golf, and have a blast at Urban Air Adventure Park. Your vacation will be more than just a stay—it’ll be an adventure!

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Nice place

This condo is very nice. It’s right across the street from walkable beach access. The ice maker did not work and while the management company quickly responded and attempted to fix by thawing it with a hair dryer, they never followed up to find out it was not fixed. Also, the sliding door was very hard to open and close but we forgot to report that. All in all it is a nicely appointed place to stay with everything you need and in a good location. I would stay there again.

Great place for a fall break trip with 2 teenagers, just across the street from beach access. Close to everything and in a more affordable spot just down the street from Seaside.

Close to the Beach and Great place for a small family

We love this spot. Close to the beach and great for a small family. Close to many of the restaurants and activities. Highly recommend it.

Cleaning needs a lot of improvement

We’ve stayed in this complex several other times but in other condos. We love the location. All of our complaints have to do with the cleanliness and upkeep. The bathroom towels were under the bathroom sink and there was one waded up and thrown in the back like it had been used. The stack of washcloths were in another drawer just thrown in. I think the biggest (and grossest) complaint was the dirty dishes. We pulled out a wine glass and it was filthy. It had, what looked like, coke stains on it as if it had been used and placed back up there without being rinsed or run through the dishwasher. There were several just as dirty. We put them in the dishwasher before we left. The silverware was dirty too. The sink disposal in the kitchen caused an awful smell when you ran the water in the kitchen sink. There was also an unused tampon laying in the middle of bedroom closet. Not sure if the cleaning crew isn’t checking everything or what, but there’s definitely some issues with cleanliness. A few other things that some have mentioned is the rusted shower curtain rod and stains on the couch. The bedroom closet had a lot of stuff stacked up in it like shelves, blankets, and extra pillows, that could be cleaned up and would provide a little extra room in the bedroom since there’s not a lot of extra space anyway. Our experience with the location and communication with the property team was fine, no complaints. This condo would be perfect if it were cleaner and neater.

I will not be staying here again

Black mold shower curtain liner. This was changed out after I notified the host. Shower curtain rod & holders rusted and falling off. Smudges on all mirrors & glass doors. Nothing seemed to be wiped down and cleaned. Beds looked like they were laid in and not made properly. Pillow cases inside out. Extra blankets look like they never get washed. Pot & pans had dried food on them and need to be replaced. I made sure to wash everything before we used it.

A couple of disappointments

What i notice with vaca rentals in general. There will be a deck with chairs and table provided with the unit...which are extremely dusty and dirty. The outside spaces are not normally clean for use. And they are so dirty, i don't try to clean them. Also, we love watching the Super Bowl on our trips....which is on regular TV. However, this rental only has cable and you had to pay to watch the SB...which on regular TV is free. Very disapointed with that discovery. I still give it a 5 star.

Fantastic!

This could do is perfectly clean & organized, beautifully updated, and has everything you need! We love the short walk to the beach and proximity to local shops and restaurants, Seaside, and Tom Thumb to grab ice and essentials before hitting the beach. Highly recommend staying here for your next beach trip!

wonderful condo

Everything in this condo was very nice and clean. It is decorated so cute! It is across from the beach. I loved that I got $40 to use towards chairs! And, I loved the $10 Publix card! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Property is perfect for a small family. Newly update with all new appliances. Property has all needed necessities. Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Property complex is nice as well. Definately would stay here again.

Amazing long weekend

We had an amazing time and would stay again! Clean and safe property. Perfect for us. We rented a car and that helped get around and to public beaches. One con- check in and check out times were awful. When we wanted to check in after 1pm they still wouldn’t let us in until 4pm. We were basically rushed out at 10am when we left and went on a not busy week.

Texans turned Floridians for a week

Rated 5/5 as there were no surprises, the property was just as advertised. The updates were very impressive and the amount of storage was excellent. Decor was neutral, classy beach theme. Well done. Also the building is very quiet. We have stayed in the same building, different condo previously and had the same positive experience. The washer was off balance, I feel bad for the downstairs neighbors when it’s running as it can be pretty loud at times. Other than that, really no complaints!

The condo decor was precious! The only issue we had was the washer/dryer, it was uneven and roared so loudly we felt terrible for our downstairs neighbor. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, except after setting up on our 1st day, we were told he had to move due to the area being private property. It was ridiculous!
