New custom home centrally located in Seagrove Beach on Eastern Lake, one of 30A's iconic Dune Lakes. The home is a 400 yd walk to the white sandy beach and an even faster paddle board ride (two SUP’s and a kayak included for your stay) to the outfall where the lake and Gulf come together. This home is the ultimate vacation haven for friends and family to gather and reconnect. You are a quick bike ride to all of the fun, restaurants and shopping that 30A has to offer. Your days can be spent exploring the 24 miles from Grayton Beach to Rosemary Beach with world class restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and fun pitstops for photos and breathtaking views of this special stretch of beach and unique scenery.

This home has three primary suites. The bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows and blackout shades for long restful nights. Each bedroom also has a desk for the most productive go-getters in the group.

The two bunk rooms that sleep 4-each, flank a sleep-away-camp style bunk-room bathroom with two shower stalls, two water closets and a three faucet trough sink. There’s enough space for 8 roomies to get ready for a day at the beach or slumber party with their bunkmates come bedtime. Each bunk, equipped with a charging station and a reading light. There are TVs in both bunk rooms.

The gourmet kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove, TWO dishwashers, large fridge and freezer as well as beverage fridge and wine fridge in the butler's pantry. Everything you need for cooking the most elaborate meals is provided for you. The large dining table is big enough for the whole house to crowd around and seating at the bar for any spillover. From coffee to cocktails, you won’t be lacking for any of the necessities to begin or end your day.

Take your drinks, books or yoga mat out to the back porch overlooking the pool and Eastern Lake or check out the upstairs library where you can lounge on the window seat for a bird’s eye view of the lake and Gulf of Mexico.

The media room provides another spot to getaway or pull everyone together over a board-game, favorite movie or to try for the high score on Mrs Pac Man or Galaga. This home offers spots for a lot of togetherness and places for a few quiet moments of peace.

Eastern Sunsets will no doubt become the perfect backdrop for some of your most favorite vacation memories.

Our stay at your beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect setup for our three families. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our beach days was already provided. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I was with my husband, two adult daughters and their husbands and one baby. There was more than enough room for all. It is well appointed and well maintained. The location is superb. Communication with host was perfect. Great and easily understood instructions on equipment. Good advice on restaurants, and beach map in guest binder. Sad to leave, but would look forward to another stay! Thank you!!

Best of all the water worlds: pool, lake and ocean all-in-one. This property was exactly as advertised and has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The house was clean and everything worked properly. Loads of beach gear and we loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Excellent property

This home was perfect for us. It was on the lake with its own private dock. The provided paddle boards and kayaks were a hit every day. A short walk to the beach with the provided beach supplies made our beach days great. The layout of the home was well thought out and served our family of 13 like a dream. Our hosts were very responsive about any questions we had. Wonderful stay.

Amazing family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Communication with Andra was quick, easy and informative. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and so accommodating for our family of 12. We were together but everyone had their own space too. So many creature comforts and small details that made this home so comfortable and luxurious. Also very impressed with the cleanliness. Our kids LOVED the game room as well! Will definitely be staying here again! Super pleased!

Amazing stay at 30A

We loved our week at this property - centrally located between some of the busier areas like Seaside or Rosemary Beach but more of a quiet residential feel so best of both worlds. The pool is small but was perfect for cooling off and relaxing around. House was well equipped and beds were comfortable although bunk beds better suited for kids rather than adult children.

Top Notch

Spring break with my wife, 3 kids (9, 12, 15) and in-laws. Teh property was absolutely beautiful and the location was PERFECT. It was quiet, beautiful, and such easy access to the beach by 10 min walk or paddle. Even my 9 year old was able to paddleboard on her own to the ocean. Host was excellent, not pushy, checked in via text to see if we needed anything.

Comfortable luxury in the heart of Seagrove

A great stay for the Independence Day holiday. On Eastern Dune lake, this house was in a great location for a large family, or even 2-3 smaller families to enjoy their beach stay. Plenty to do from the house including fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding from the large dock. The small dipping pool is the perfect size for a refreshing dip in order to cool off from the summer heat while enjoying the Florida sunshine on the poolside patio The house was fully outfitted with everything that you could need to enjoy your stay including a multitude of appliances, linens, and starter items so that you don’t have to go straight to the store, and also all the sporting equipment like paddle-boards, kayaks, paddles, beach chairs, fishing rods, umbrellas, etc. that anyone would need for a day at the beach. The beach was very close by and an approximately 10 min walk from the house. In full disclosure, It is public beach access and not a large beach, and so for the 4th of July holiday it was very crowded and in order to get a good spot near the water, one has to be committed to getting up early and getting your tents, chairs, etc. out there at dawn to have a spot on the beach, especially on crowded summer days. The house is very close by all of the 30A beaches such as Seaside, Grayson, Blue Mountain, Rosemary, and Alys Beach and therefore all the various restaurants, shops, fishing shops, sporting equipment rental vendors, etc. are within a close proximity and enhances this houses appeal.

Gorgeous house and beautiful location

From the moment we walked in this house has everything! The owner has filled the house with so many extras, thinking of everything their guests would like! The lake location is beautiful and the dock is fantastic for fishing and relaxing! The fire pit area was perfect for smores and evening family time. Pool is there for more fun! The house is gorgeous with views of the lake outback! Quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Best vacation week and time spent with our family!

Awesome property and host

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Extremely well stocked and so spacious. Location is in quiet area with little crowds. Rented bikes and cart which made getting around community and to beach easy. We will definitely rent again. Host was extremely responsive before and during our stay.

Amazing Stay!

We have stayed at multiple different properties in this neighborhood. This was by far the best house for our family that includes two toddlers. It was in immaculate condition. The playroom/upstairs lounge seating area/butler’s pantry coffee bar were amazing added bonuses. Sunsets on the lake were beautiful! Our family fished off the dock every day and the pool was perfect. Great location with close proximity and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

Oh Wow!!

This property was insane. We had 6 adults and 4 teens. All adults loved having an en-suite king bedroom. The kids loved the bunk room and the most adorable bathroom. It could not have been more well thought out or equipped. Our group and any visitors took note of the layout and features. It could not have been a more perfect design. Then you step out to fishing on the dock, refreshing swim, the always incredible out door shower. We enjoyed sunsets and bonfires off the back porch. There is plenty of parking. The beach was such an easy walk and an even shorter kayak ride across the lake. Thank you for sharing your incredible home.
