Serenity Now is a single-level 30A cottage sleeping eight across three bedrooms, with a screened porch, a shaded deck, and a fully fenced yard your pup will never want to leave. Two dogs are welcome for a $300 pet fee (75 lb limit). Beach access, Gulf Place, and Topsail Hill Preserve are all minutes away. Bring the whole family, four legs included, and let this quiet corner of 30A write your next chapter.



The Space:

Serenity Now spreads 1,682 square feet across a single level, which means no stairs to climb at the end of a long beach day and nobody stuck in a far corner of the house.



The open living, dining, and kitchen space is the heart of it. Two sofas and additional seating give everyone a spot, the dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar handles the overflow. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, from a quick beach breakfast to a full family dinner, and recently updated coastal finishes run throughout.



Three bedrooms sleep eight. The master suite has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers another king and its own TV. The third is a true bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a full-over-full, which the kids will claim about four seconds after walking through the door. Two full baths plus a half bath keep the morning routine moving.



Outside is where this house earns its name. The screened-in porch has its own TV and comfortable seating, so Florida evenings stay breezy and bug free. Past it, a spacious deck opens onto a fully fenced backyard shaded by mature pines and oaks: private, quiet, and secure enough that your dog can be off leash for the entire stay. A grill and outdoor seating make dinner at home the easy call.



A full-size washer and dryer are in the house, so sandy towels never pile up.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home and the yard to themselves. Check-in is fully self-guided, with your door code and complete arrival instructions sent ahead of your stay.



The backyard is fully fenced with no gaps along the fence line or around the deck, so dogs can be let out on their own without a leash or a second thought. It is the reason many of our guests book this home.



Parking is limited to three vehicles total: one in the garage plus two in the driveway. There is no street parking, no parking in the yard, and no parking across the street, so please plan accordingly before booking.



Please note that a Ring camera is mounted on the front porch. It faces outward for arrival and package security only and does not view any interior space.



The Neighborhood:

Serenity Now sits on a quiet residential circle on the west end of 30A, the calmer stretch of the scenic corridor where the crowds thin out and the pines take over. Two public beach accesses are less than half a mile away, an easy ten to fifteen minute walk or a two minute drive when you are hauling chairs and a cooler.



Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is right up the road for hiking, biking, and paddleboarding around the rare coastal dune lakes. Gulf Place is a short bike ride away for lunch, shopping, and live music. Stinky's Fish Camp and 3 Sons Bar-B-Q are local favorites within a few minutes, and Publix and Walmart are about five minutes out on Highway 98. The shops and restaurants of Destin are a quick drive west.



From here you can point the car east and work your way down 30A through Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton, Seaside, and Alys Beach, or you can never leave the porch. Both are correct.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended. Nearly everything you will want is within a five to ten minute drive, and the closest beach access is a comfortable walk. 30A is built for bikes, with the Timpoochee Trail running the length of the corridor, so bike rentals are well worth it for the week. A golf cart is another popular option for the short haul to the sand with beach gear in tow.



Uber and Lyft operate in the area. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is roughly 30 minutes away, and Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) is about an hour.



Other Things to Note:

Pets: Serenity Now is genuinely pet friendly. We welcome up to two dogs with a 75 lb weight limit for a $300 pet fee. This fee is not included in the booking price, so please message us directly after booking and we will attach it to your reservation. Please pick up after your dog in the yard. Any undisclosed pet outside this policy will result in immediate departure with no refund.

Family: all bookings include one pack 'n play upon request. Message us right after booking so we can schedule the drop off, and please bring your own sheets.

Trash: pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Please set the cans by the road the night before and pull them back in after collection.



House Rules: no parties, events, bachelor, or bachelorette groups. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the duration of the stay. No smoking anywhere on the property. Violations of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.



Snowbird Rate: $3,500 monthly

Check-in and check-out are self-guided and simple, with everything you need sent before you arrive.
