London’s Bungalow is a thoughtfully furnished one-bedroom guest cottage tucked along the quiet pathways of Seaside, Florida, offering a private and comfortable retreat just moments from the beach and the best of Scenic Highway 30A. Located behind the main home, Pinetucket, this charming two-level cottage combines convenience, comfort, and easy access to Seaside’s renowned shopping, dining, and recreational amenities.

Guests find the cottage down a sandy side foot path to the rear of the main home and enter the cottage via an exterior staircase that leads to the main living area on the second floor. This compact space features a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a small bistro area for two, making it easy to enjoy morning coffee or light meals before heading out for the day. A flat-screen TV is mounted above the kitchenette. Just off the kitchenette is the full bathroom with a barn door entry featuring dual vanities and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Just off the living area are stairs that lead to the king bedroom on the third floor.

Upstairs on the third floor, the private sleeping area offers a relaxing retreat with a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a mounted flat-screen TV, a small closet, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Tucked behind the main home for added privacy, London’s Bungalow still places guests close to everything Seaside has to offer. A rear gate opens to a sandy footpath leading toward Seaside’s tennis courts, fitness center, and other recreational amenities, while the beach is just 352 yards away—an easy stroll along Seaside’s iconic streets.
