Nestled within the picturesque confines of Seagrove Beach's Cottage subdivision, this exclusive community resides at the heart of Hwy 30A, offering unparalleled access to the pristine shores just across the street. Comfortably accommodating up to nine guests, this charming abode boasts three bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Low Monthly Winter Rates: Snowbird Season spans November through February, offering monthly accommodations. To obtain a personalized quote, select your arrival and departure dates, ensuring they coincide with the first day of the month.
Trash pickup is scheduled twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. Walton County may also provide an additional Saturday pickup along 30A from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please make sure all trash is properly bagged and placed in the designated pickup area or bins before scheduled collection.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Beautiful Home!
Beautiful home in a good location between Seaside and Watersound. We had beach chair service at the Ramsgate beach access, which has no parking. Golf cart rental was conveniently steps away from the front door of the home so one person would drop off the family, drive home, and then bike back to the beach. Just helpful hints! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
