Southern Dunes is a beautiful, cozy beach house and is the perfect getaway for any vacation and is located in the Crossings District of the WaterColor Community. This home is situated near one of the 5 swimming pools that the WaterColor community offers. The Dragonfly pool is 2 blocks from the home. The house is located near the Publix grocery store and plenty of restaurants and shops for you to enjoy!
This beautiful home's first level features a king bedroom with flat-screen television and a private bathroom that features a double vanity with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. The living room area is equipped with a large flat-screen television. Enjoy a relaxing day at home on the porch furnished with a bed swing, rocking chairs, and a screened-in dining table while appreciating the beauty of the tranquil community. The open floor concept of this home allows you to enjoy the dining area's simplicity that beautifully compliments the kitchen. The dining area seats 10 guests comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen island for 3.
The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom on the second level is a primary suite and features a large king bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. Off the primary suite is the 2nd-floor balcony - a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Right down the hall is the queen bedroom with its own private bathroom with a tub/shower and single vanity. The second floor's last bedroom is a queen/queen bunk bedroom, which has a private bathroom, featuring a single vanity with a walk-in shower.
Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

*VRBO guests who cancel 30+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
